China Kingho Beijing News (Huang Wei) On December 25, 2013, China Kingho 2013 Headquarters Cadre Debriefing Meeting & Work Summary Meeting was held in Tianjin. The attendees included Group Chairman Huo Qinghua, Chief Economist Li Nengzhi, Chief Accountant Yang Lei, Director of Chairman’s Office Li Chuanrui, Assistant Chairman Chen Ke, Senior Mining Consultant Wu Zongyuan and other group leaders and all headquarters cadres.
 
    Debriefing meeting was held at the conference room of Kingho Group International Trading Company. The meeting adopted the combination of live scoring, live score announcement and live comments. Totally 29 people made a debriefing report.
    Subsequently, Mr. Li Chuanrui delivered the 2013 headquarters work warp-up on the meeting. He said that around the headquarters’ production management, management and project construction situation, with strengthening the group’s top-level design, strategic management and control and service as main lines, the Goup clarified the goals of efforts, strived to be effective and basically completing the work plan at year beginning. Meanwhile, he also pointed out that the headquarters’ strategy is less systematic, the business process is not practical and not scientific enough, and there is a lack of the spirit of forging ahead. He also put forward the requirements and desires on work.
    Chairman Huo fully affirmed the key staff's debriefing meeting and delivered an important speech targeting at the Group work in 2013. While expressing recognition on the work of Group headquarters in the past year, Huo seriously pointed out the existing knowledge crisis, ability crisis and passion crisis in the group’s work and asked the headquarters staff to strive to improve the sense of leadership, sense of service and professional competence; to be strict with themselves, correct thinking, prevent cheating and other problems; should have overall awareness and global awareness and continue to strengthen team building and further enrich the work; to unify the goal, share happiness and woe and constantly work for the group’s clean energy cause.
    Mr. Wu Zongyuan pointed out the deficiencies in headquarter work, expressed the hope that the cadres at all levels should strengthen their own learning, enhance the level of leadership and service of functional departments. Chief Economist Li Nengzhi stressed the importance of strengthening working style in his speech and asked everyone to improve themselves through summarization and harmonize self-development with business development.
