From Ningxia Kingho Group (Correspondent: Gao Hong) On November 30, the National Enterprise Team Building Work Conference was jointly hosted by All-China Federation of Labor, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce. Ningxia Kingho Group attended the conference.
At the conference, Tie Ruchu, deputy manager, Ningxia Kingho Group Coal Chemical Company, made a speech with a topic of Emphasizing Culture, Focusing on Management, Promoting Further Development and Striving to Build up New Brand of Private Enterprise Team Building for exchange of experience, introduced the methods of the Group adopted in team building, achievements made as well as the target to be reached in the following period.
