2014 Comprehensive Inspection Team on Key Work of Publicity Department of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Party Committee Visits Inner Mongolia Kingho Group for Research

China Kingho Inner Mongolia News (Pan Youjun) 2014 Comprehensive Inspection Team on Key Work of Publicity Department of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Party Committee visited Inner Mongolia Kingho Group for research, focusing on understanding the ideological and political work, as well as the construction of enterprise culture on July 9. Wu Wenbin, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee, Secretary of Commission for Discipline Inspection and Chairman of Labor Union of Inner Mongolia Kingho Group, accompanied the visit and made work report.
Inspection Team consists of Gu Bate’er, Deputy Inspector of Party Committee of Autonomous Region, Cai Changqing, Director of Theory Division of Publicity Department of Party Committee, Zhang Jianli, Researcher of Party Committee for Organs of Publicity Department of Party Committee, Zhou Qi, Deputy Director of Reform and Development Division of Publicity Department of Party Committee, and Geriletu, Officer of Enterprise Division of Publicity Department of Party Committee.
This research applies the mode of reporting, site-seeing and seminars, and the members of research team visited the employees’ entertainment center, basketball courts, activity room and book house of Inner Mongolia Kingho Group, and listened to work reports on the enterprise culture construction of Inner Mongolia Kingho Group.
Inspection Team granted full recognition to the enterprise culture construction of Inner Mongolia Kingho Group, and praised the solidity, concreteness and creativity on the work, and hoped that the Group could further improve the enterprise culture system, continue to study and explore new ideas and measures on promoting the development of the enterprise culture, fully aware of the foundation role of enterprise culture on serving enterprise development, and proposed to combine the characteristics of private enterprises to promote the development of “party building to lead the enterprise culture”, and maintain the innovation of enterprise culture.
